Another dog shot and killed in Colorado Springs

For the second time in two weeks, a dog has been shot and killed in the City of Colorado Springs. This time around though; the shooting might not be legal. 
Police say a man called police  around 1pm after he shot a Pitbull with a .44 caliber handgun point blank in his yard in the 41-hundred [...]

Australian puppy found!

Good news!  An Australian Shepard puppy we told you about last week has been found.   A good samaritan found Chloe the little puppy,  saw the “lost puppy” flyers, and made sure she was delivered to her 13-year old owner safe and sound.  We’re told both girl and puppy cried when reunited!

Zuckerburg gets new dog and dog gets new Facebook profile

Billionaire Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has announced his latest acquisition — a puppy.
Of course, Zuckerberg, 26, and his girlfriend Priscilla Chan created a Facebook profile for their new dog, “Beast.”
Born on January 10 in Grants Pass, Oregon, Beast is a Puli, a type of Hungarian sheepdog, and is “extremely cute,” according to the profile.

More details are coming out on the shooting of a dog last night in the northeast part of Colorado Springs.

It started out as a nice evening walk in a northeast Colorado Springs neighborhood with her dog, but Tammira Martinez says it ended terribly.

Little dog survives euthanizia and has hundreds wanting to adopt him

Hundreds of people now want to adopt a puppy that somehow managed to survive euthanasia.
The little puppy was one of five that was dropped off at the Sulpher, Oklahoma animal shelter. The puppies appeared to be thin and sick so control officer Scott Prall put them all to sleep Friday; or so he thought.

An evening walk in the northeast part of Colorado Springs last night ended with gunfire and a dead dog.
Colorado Springs Police say a man told them he was walking his Greyhound on El Camino Avenue around 5:30 last night when it was attacked by another very large leashed dog that broke away from its owner .
