A Loveland dog breeder has lost her license after state inspectors found that several Bernese Mountain Dog puppies that had froze to death at her facility.

The Colorado Department said Friday┬áthat the license revocation means that dog breeder Storm Cloudin can’t keep more than 15 dogs at her property south of Loveland called the Blue Wolf Ranch.

State animal inspectors say they discovered the frozen puppies Feb. 10. Cloudin maintains that she had been unaware that a new litter of puppies had been born.
