A family in Colorado Springs is hoping that you may have seen their dog Trooper.

Trooper had just been adopted by his new owners five days before his ran away.  Trooper apparently was spooked during a walk at Bear Creek Park and slipped out of his harness on July 15th.

Trooper posters were placed around the area and his owners say he has been spotted multiple times, but he disappears by the time they get there.

He is a Australian Heeler mix, that is brown and black.  He is very shy.  The sightings have all been on the Westside of Colorado Springs between 21st and  26th streets.  He has been seen as far north as Pikes Peak Avenue.

If you spot Trooper please call (719) 260-9514.
