Do you like walking your dogs?  Of course you do or you wouldn’t be reading this blog!  Well why not help others while having a good time with your best friend.   The Bark For Life is this Saturday, August 29th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., at Ute Valley Park in Colorado Springs.  Anyone interested in having their furry friends participate is welcome bark for life. Day of event registration opens at 7:30 a.m. in the west parking lot of Eagleview Middle School. Registration is $20 per pooch, and includes a doggie bandana. All dogs must be on a leash.
This inaugural 2009 American Cancer Society event will raise money for cancer research and other programs that benefit local cancer survivors.  So come out for a couple of hours and help out.

For more information about the American Cancer Society Bark For Life event, to register a dog, or to volunteer, contact staff partner, Nikole Mazich at 630-4967.
