TCRAS Wild Whiskers Western Benefit

    The Teller County Regional Animal Shelter (TCRAS) will hold it’s annual “Wild Whiskers Western Benefit” on Saturday, April 3, 2010. Festivities begin at 5:30 P.M. with a BBQ or vegetarian dinner catered by Front Range BBQ and live music by the Brown Eyed Girls.  There will also be a live auction by Gorman Auctions, LLC, and  a raffle drawing for $1,000 cash.

   Tickets to the event are $25 per person. Event tickets may be purchased at the door, or in advance at the Cowhand in Woodland Park, the TCRAS Shelter in Divide, or online.  Raffle tickets are $10 each or 3 for $25 and are available at the TCRAS Shelter and at the event.

What: A fun, western-themed evening with live auction, $1,000 raffle, a bluegrass/western band, BBQ dinner (veg and non-veg option) and cash bar.

When: Saturday, April 3, 2010, 5:30–9:00 P.M.

Admission: $25 per person

Where: Ute Pass Cultural Center, 201 E. Midland Ave.

Attire: Casual western is just fine

Why: The Teller County Regional Animal Shelter (TCRAS) is a small, private, not-for-profit, no-kill shelter that depends on donations, membership fees, and volunteers to provide animal shelter services to all of Teller County.
