Animal hoarding case pushes Denver shelter to the limit

Denver Animal Control says they don’t have any more room for abandoned animals in shelters. That’s after dozens of cats, dogs, and birds were seized over the weekend.

Dreampower Animal Rescue is in urgent need for foster homes for their animals.  They are  receiving 40-50 calls a week from people who need to surrender their animals for whatever reason and due to not having enough room they have no choice at this point but to turn over 90% of them away.
