Fire Department rescues small dog

Yesterday afternoon Westminster Fire Department responded to an emergency call of a dog in the pond at Faversham Park (6109 W 73rd Ave).
The crew arrived to find a small dog in the icy pond that couldn’t get out. The fire crew from Westminster Fire donned ice rescue gear to safely get the dog out.

    A fat old dog found himself in quite a predicatment last week when a killer chair attempted to swallow him whole. 
  According to the Associated Press, it took three suburban Chicago firefighters to rescue the small dog that became trapped inside a mechanized recliner chair .  The dog was deep inside the chair and [...]
