Dog keeps eye on neighborhood from roof top perch

On most days, Dubi, the 3-year-old Lab and Boxer mix sits quietly atop his Greeley home watching the occasional car drive down the street or children riding bicycles through the neighborhood.
He is now a fixture in the area that makes his neighbors feel safe.

An evening walk in the northeast part of Colorado Springs last night ended with gunfire and a dead dog.

Dog attacks little girl in Colorado Springs

A Colorado Springs girl was mauled earlier today by a dog that neighbors claim was running loose.
According to Colorado Springs Police the young girl was seriously injured and was taken to Memorial Hospital with “very bad facial injuries”

Denver Animal Control says they don’t have any more room for abandoned animals in shelters. That’s after dozens of cats, dogs, and birds were seized over the weekend.
