Pueblo Animal Services is offering low cost spay-neuter surgeries to income qualified pet owners thanks to grant funds from the Colorado Pet Overpopulation Fund (CPOF).

Last year over 38,000 of the 158,000 dogs and cats that entered Colorado shelters were euthanized. Although this is a large number of euthanasias, it reflects a decrease of 2,000 from 2007 – thanks in large part to Pet Overpopulation Fund donors!
