A woman who, police say, bound and taped her boyfriend’s puppy to the side of a refrigerator last year was released out of jail early.
Abby Toll was sentenced in July to 30 days in Boulder County Jail plus three years of probation on a conviction of aggravated animal cruelty.

The ASPCA (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) has a new ”Animal Crime Scene Investigation (CSI)” response vehicle, a 2010 Subaru Outback donated by Subaru of America that has been customized for the ASPCA’s Veterinary Forensics team.
