Woman who taped her boyfriends dog to fridge is released from jail

A woman who, police say, bound and taped her boyfriend’s puppy to the side of a refrigerator last year was released out of jail early.
Abby Toll was sentenced in July to 30 days in Boulder County Jail plus three years of probation on a conviction of aggravated animal cruelty.

Subaru donates a CSI vehicle to ASPCA

The ASPCA (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) has a new  ”Animal Crime Scene Investigation (CSI)” response vehicle, a 2010 Subaru Outback donated by Subaru of America that has been customized for the ASPCA’s Veterinary Forensics team.  The new vehicle was unveiled at the Veterinary Forensic Sciences Conference in Orlando, Fla.
